Eastern routes will be 1-2 + 10-29 + 91, and 92. The eastern zone is the most populated zone, so there will be many more routes than what the other zones have. This zone will likely have many primary routes as well, even though I would make every effort to reduce the primary routes. Eastern zone will also have the East Busway. There will also be a number of Flyers, and this will be important as there will be a need to get people home as quickly as possible.
In a perfect solution, I would expand the East Busway to include Braddock, North Braddock, West Wilmerding, Wilmerding, Wall, and the Allegheny County side of Trafford. Assuming the upgrade to the East Busway, there will be a number of routes that would be able to operate in the busway, and more flyers can be optimized without the need for having extra routes.
