The Western communities are the smallest, and many routes in the West have been on the chopping blocks many times with public outrage saving the routes. My goal will be to use secondary routes for many of these routes, and therefore provide some assurance that the routes will remain in some degree. The routes will be given the designation of 7-8 + 70-89 + 97-98, and identified with the letter W. More than half of the primary routes will be converted to secondary routes to improve performance of the system. This will mean that riders may have to take 2 trips, but with the fare card, this will be of little consequence.
